Biography
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at EPFL's CREATE Lab, working on cable-driven robots, teleoperation, and machine learning for physically adaptive robotic systems. My research explores how robot bodies and intelligence can be designed together. My vision is a shared-autonomy framework where a single human supervisor can remotely oversee, switch between, and collaborate with multiple robots that can autonomously perform tasks beyond human reach.
My work spans reconfigurable cable-driven parallel robot design, variable-geometry bimanual teleoperation, and autonomous policy learning for multi-arm systems. The CAFEs system won the ICRA 2025 competition in bimanual teleoperation, attracted CNN Tech for Good coverage, and secured a Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) grant, for which I am the principal investigator.
